Felipe Manorov Gomes
São Paulo–based Image Retoucher and Photographer with over a decade of experience in high-end advertising and visual production. Specialized in advanced retouching, compositing, and color grading for beauty, product, and campaign imagery.
Most recently at Salon Line, I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale campaigns, delivering high-quality visual assets from concept to final output. My role extended beyond retouching into full involvement in production workflows, as well as supporting video productions as a camera assistant on major advertising shoots.
I began my career at Lew’Lara/TBWA, where I spent eight years developing a strong technical foundation within a leading advertising agency. Starting in IT support for Macintosh systems, I quickly transitioned into the creative pipeline, working as a retouching assistant and later as a mid-level retoucher. I also managed image archiving and backup systems, ensuring asset integrity across projects.
From 2014 to 2020, I worked at F&Q Brasil as a retoucher and later expanded into photography, contributing both to in-house productions and external freelance projects. My photography experience includes events, corporate content, and commercial work, strengthening my understanding of lighting, composition, and on-set dynamics.
Technical background includes formal training in Audiovisual and Graphic Design, complemented by advanced Photoshop expertise and continuous development in image-making technologies, including AI-driven workflows.
I bring a production-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-end visuals under demanding timelines.
